Are all orders final sale?
Homeware Items:
No, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for homeware items. Each piece is handmade and unique, so we cannot accommodate change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please notify us within five (5) business days of delivery with photos at info@lovelaughandgather.com. We will arrange for a replacement.
All Other Products:
Yes, we accept returns for non-homeware items in their original condition and packaging. Contact us within five (5) business days of delivery at info@lovelaughandgather.com to start the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you accept exchanges or refunds?

When will my order be fulfilled?
Homeware Products:
We anticipate to fulfill and ship your order within 7-10 business days after order confirmation. Any orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following day. For any urgent orders, please contact us at info@lovelaughandgather.com
All Other Products:
We anticipate to fulfill and ship your order within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Any orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following day. Some products are hipped directly from our manufacturer
so you may get more than one tracking number.

Can I change my order after I place it?
Yes, we may be able to accommodate changes to your order. Please contact us at info@lovelaughandgather.com immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
My order arrived broken. What do I do?
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us at info@lovelaughandgather.com within five (5) business days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item(s), and we will arrange a replacement.
Do you accept wholesale orders?

Is there a limit on how many pieces I can purchase?
No, we do not currently have a quantity limit. However, larger orders may take longer to fulfill due to the handmade nature of our products.
Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
We do not currently offer gift-wrapping services, but we’re working on making this available soon. Stay tuned!
