Returns and Exchanges Policy

Due to the delicate nature of our handmade products and our commitment to environmental sustainability, we encourage mindful buying. We invite you to contact our team for product information or styling tips to ensure your piece finds an everlasting space in your home.

While curating your space can be challenging, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

• A return request must be completed and authorized by the Love, Laugh, and Gather Together team. Please fill out the return request form below after reviewing the conditions outlined here.
• Full-priced items only: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items with variations in coloration, texture, minor bubbles, or spots will not be accepted for return or exchange. These are natural characteristics of our handmade process, making each piece one of a kind.
• The return request must be submitted within five (5) days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be in their original, saleable condition, including all packaging. We are not responsible for damages incurred during return transit. If items are returned damaged, they will be sent back to the customer and deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
• Shipping, delivery, or promotional costs associated with the original order are non-refundable.
• Items purchased with a gift card cannot be refunded for cash. The gift card will be reactivated and valid for six (6) months.
• We reserve the right to request supporting images during the return process to assist with evaluation and approval.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We are happy to assist in arranging a return label; however, we are not liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Returning for a Refund

• Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 72 hours, and proof of return must be provided.
• Return shipping can be arranged by Love, Laugh, and Gather Together or individually by the customer. Please specify your preference when completing the return form.
• After receiving and inspecting the item, a refund will be processed within 24 hours to the original payment method.
• Love, Laugh, and Gather Together reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the outlined conditions.

Returning for an Exchange or Store Credit

• Upon approval of your return request, the item must be shipped back within 72 hours, and proof of return must be provided.
• Return shipping can be arranged by Love, Laugh, and Gather Together or by the customer. Please indicate your preference on the return form.
• Once the item is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued within 24 hours and sent via email.
• Store credits are valid for six (6) months.

Homewares:

We anticipate to fulfill and ship your order within 7-10 business days after order confirmation. Any orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following day. For any urgent orders, please contact us at info@lovelaughandgather.com

All Other Products:

We anticipate to fulfill and ship your order within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Any orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following day. Some products are shipped directly from our manufacturer so you may get more than 1 tracking number.  For any urgent orders, please contact us at info@lovelaughandgather.com.

Yes, there is a possibility we may be able to organize this for you. Please contact info@lovelaughandgather.com immediately after your order has been placed and we can arrange the change in order.

Please contact us immediately within five (5) business days of your delivery with photos to info@lovelaughandgather.com and we will look at replacing your item(s).

We currently do not offer gift wrapping services, although we are working on making this available very soon. Stay tuned!
