Every Sycamore Leaf is meticulously sanded by hand, treated with a water-based finish, and equipped with surface protectors to combine functionality with aesthetic appeal. We are deeply committed to sustainability, which is why all our products are shipped in 100% paper-based, plastic-free, and recyclable packaging—even down to the eco-friendly tape.

Our pieces are principally designed for decor purposes only.
If necessary wash your piece under warm water and wipe down with a dry cloth immediately.
To keep your piece in its best form, avoid any contact with direct heat such as an oven, microwave or dishwasher. Our pieces are durable, although should be treated and handled with gentle care as you would with any glass or ceramic pieces.

Each piece will have bubbles on the surface and at the base. There may also be variations in colour and textures, which are not considered a fault and all part of the natural man-made process of Jesmonite.
The medium we use is made up of two parts, a reactive mineral base and a pure water based resin that is combined together to create a mixture that is then poured into our moulds. During this process, air bubbles will naturally float to the top of the mould resulting in the final texture and finish of our pieces.

Our homewares collection is handcrafted from our Boston, MA based studio. We proudly work each order one at a time using Jesin, crafting each piece through a throughful process. No teo pieces are identical, and each are rare in its own form, texture and finish. Which means they are uniquely for you and your space.
